Romantic Cabin with Waterfall & Treehouse

Romantic retreat in the heart of Daniel Boone National Forest, located on 2 acres of private woods. The Waterfall Haven cabin has a gorgeous waterfall that can be heard and viewed from the back deck (during seasons of rain). There is nothing more relaxing than an afternoon siesta while hearing the rain hit the tin roof. The cabin is situated only 4 miles away from gorgeous Cave Run Lake and 40 minutes from Red River Gorge, KY. Enjoy the cozy 2 bedroom/ 1 bath with a spacious downstairs living room for movie night in front of the gas fireplace. The back and front porch span the entire house width and are a great place to unwind, read a book on the comfortable outdoor sectional or enjoy any meal with a waterfall view. The downstairs sofa converts into a full-size bed while the upstairs couch transforms into a twin sleeper/sofa. New in 2024- We have added a gorgeous adult size treehouse with 3 hammocks inside. All ages are sure to enjoy! It is also a great place to sneak away for a nap uninterrupted. We strive for 5 star service. Guests are welcome to contact the Host prior to or during their stay with any questions. The Waterfall Haven cabin is nestled in the heart of Daniel Boone National Forest. The community has multiple cabins throughout. You can expect to pass several well maintained cabins and some that are not up to date. There are two gravel areas to park in at the cabin. We encourage all guests to park at the top lot if driving a car or vehicle that does not have 4WD. The walk is minimal to the front porch. There is a steep cliff on the property leading to the waterfall. Parents should be aware and pay close attention to their children at all times. Side access is available to walk under the cliff and enjoy seating with a waterfall view.
